This was really delicious!!! I added thinly sliced chicken breast to it. Also I would recommend to throw in the string beans a 2 min earlier than the rest of the veggies ;)

Ingredients for 2 servings

1 cup crimini mushrooms

2 bell peppers (I used one red, one green)

2 scallions, chopped (optional)

1 cup broccoli florets

1 handful green beans

1 tablespoon vegetable oil

2-inch piece of fresh ginger

1 tablespoon chili paste

2 tablespoons sugar (I used coconut palm sugar) (optional)

4 tablespoons soy sauce
