Ingredients for 4 servings

Japanese Potato Salad (I usually serve half as salad and use the other half for this roll)

1 pkg (5 oz) sliced pork (for shabu shabu) from Japanese market

¼ cup corn starch

1-2 Tbsp. sesame oil

2 Tbsp. soy sauce

2 Tbsp. mirin

1 ½ tsp. sugar

½ tsp. ginger, grated
