1/2 teaspoon Baking Soda

1 teaspoon Salt

1 1/4 teaspoons Freshly Ground Black Pepper

8 ounces Unsalted Butter, Room Temperature (two sticks)

6 ounces Sugar

1 Egg

5 ounces Dark Molasses

2 Tablespoons Honey

As Needed, All Purpose Flour for dusting
