1/3 cup (2 ounces) cornstarch

1 1/4 tsp salt

3 tbsp sugar

2 tsp xanthan gum

1 tsp guar gum

1/4 cup dry milk powder

1/2 cup Quinoa Flakes

8 tablespoons (1 stick) unsalted butter, softened
