12 Ingredients

  • 8 oz fillet beef, very thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp hot veg stock
  • 1 tbsp cornflour
  • 2 tbsp groundnut oil
  • 1 tbsp light soy sauce
  • 1 tsp dark soy sauce
  • pinch salt and pepper
  • 1 medium red chilli, deseeded and finely chopped
  • 1 red pepper, deseeded and cut into bite-sized chunks
  • 1/2 tsp sesame oil
  • 2.5cm fresh root ginger, peeled and grated
  • 2 garlic cloves, sliced
