1/8 teaspoon garlic powder

1/8 teaspoon white pepper

1 1/2 teaspoons butter , softened

3 tablespoons green onions , sliced (about 3 green onions)

1 tablespoon green pepper , finely minced

1 1/2 teaspoons lemon pepper

1 tablespoon red onion , finely minced

1 large egg

1/8 teaspoon liquid smoke (optional)

1 tablespoon flour
