I love a recipe that uses the actual chicken breast instead of the thigh. I prefer it, and as long as the bone is in it, the flavor is wonderful. Thinking of making this when I go home for the holidays along witht he salad.

4 large chicken breasts, bone-in skin on

Zest of 1 lemon

1 tbsp lemon juice

3 tbsp butter, room temperature

1 garlic clove, pushed through a press

1 tsp salt
