9 Ingredients

  • 1 head broccoli, chopped into bite-sized florets
  • 1 red pepper, cut in thin slices
  • 1/2 red onion, cut in thin slices or minced
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1/2 cup cashews, toasted
  • 4 slices bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 tbsp vinegar (I used white wine vinegar, but you could just use white vinegar)
