1 narrow baguette

extra virgin olive oil

1 pack firm tofu (340 grams/12 ounces)

1/4 cup tahini

1 tablespoon za'atar

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon lemon zest

1 small clove garlic (1.5 grams/0.05 ounces)
