1/2 teaspoon fine Sea Salt

1/2 teaspoon ground Cinnamon

1/4 teaspoon ground Ginger

1/2 cup Dried Fruit, I like Goji Berries and fruit juice sweetened Dried Cranberries

3/4 cup mashed Sweet Potato

Vanilla Stevia Drops to taste, or your favorite natural sweetener. Add to taste.
