3 tsps salt
2 tsps pepper fresh ground
2 chopped garlic cloves
1 1/2 cups heavy cream
1 cup white wine
1/3 cup chopped purple onion
4 pinch chopped cilantro or parsley
2 cups wheat angle hair pasta
4 tbsps olive oil
2 tbsps capers
1/2 cup fresh parmesan cheese
1 lb chicken breast
2 cups broccoli
8 cups water
3 tbsps butter
Put 6 cups water to boil. Add some salt, olive oil & pinch of cilantro or parsley before boiling.
Add pasta when water is boiling, let boil for 15 min or until noodles are tender.
Season chicken breast with salt & pepper to taste. Heat up olive oil in frying pan & put chicken to cook with lid. About 3 min on each side or until cooked threw.
Let chicken stand out while making sauce.
Heat up olive oil & butter in same frying pan. Add onions & pinch of salt. Cook for 1 min.
Heat up water with pinch of salt to boil. Put broccoli in steamer bowel over water & boil for 15 min or until tender to liking. Make sure you cover broccoli with a lid & add pinch of salt
Add in wine to onions & boil for 4 mins. Then add in cream & whisk in Parmesan cheese. Add cilantro, capers, pinch of salt & garlic & stir on medium high heat until thick.
Serve on top of pasta with chicken & pepper on top & enjoy!
