Ingredients for 4 servings

rice

egg

sesame seeds

sesame oil

Preparation

1.

Scramble egg

2.

Cut kimchi and add to pan with sesame oil. Stir util color is orange. High heat.

3.

Add cold rice, reduce heat and stir with kimchi

4.

Mix until rice is dry (check bottom of pan to see that all liquid is dried.

5.

Add seasoning and some sesame oil and egg. Stir. Add toasted sesame seeds. Dont stir for long
