1 tsp.olive oil

1 Tbs. balsamic vinegar

2 cloves garlic, minced

4 large portobello mushrooms, stems and gills removed

3/4 cup shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese (or substitute soy cheese)

1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese (if using soy cheese, omit and increase soy cheese to 1 cup)

1 Tbs. chopped fresh thyme, or 1 tsp. dried

1 Tbs. chopped fresh rosemary, or 1 tsp. dried
