1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes

1 x clove garlic, chopped

28 oz can crushed organic tomatoes

zest of one lemon

3 x 4-oz balls of fresh mozzarella, torn up into little pieces

0 handful slivered basil (optional)

freshly grated Parmesan (optional)
