Ingredients for 4 servings

1 cup beer

1 cup chicken broth

1 cup whipping cream

1 garlic clove , minced

2-4 tablespoons curry powder (I use Yeo's Malaysian, nice and hot)

2 teaspoons honey

1 medium onion , finely chopped

1 apple , peeled, cored and diced

3 tablespoons butter

1 teaspoon fresh ginger , minced

3 cups baby shrimp or prawns, shelled and cooked or chicken , cooked and chopped

2 teaspoons tomato paste

1 tablespoon flour

2 tablespoons mango chutney

salt

1/2 lemon, juice of
