1/4 cup nonfat plain yogurt

1 medium zucchini, cut into 1/4-inch-thick rounds

1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper

1 1/2 teaspoons paprika

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
