1 cup chopped almonds

1/2 cup chopped walnuts

1/2 cup coconut

1/4 cup wheat germ

3/4 cup dried fruit (I use Welch's Berry Blend of blueberries, cranberries, cherries and golden raisins)

1/4 cup canola oil

1/4 cup honey

1/4 cup pure maple syrup

1/2 tsp cinnamon

1/4 tsp vanilla

dash of salt
