3-4 tablespoons ice water

1 tablespoon butter

1 tablespoon olive oil

2 cups onion, minced

2 garlic cloves, minced

1/2 pound Italian sausage

1 bunch kale (a large bunch), stemmed and roughly chopped

1/4 cup white wine
