2 T of olive oil
3 cloves garlic (or to your taste)
3-5 very ripe Roma tomatoes (if you purchase them, put them in a paper bag in a cool place for a week until they are soft and very ripe)
2 T of chopped basil or Italian parsley (whichever you prefer)
1 T (or more) of Get Me A Switch
Sugar (to taste, if needed)
6-8 oz. of pasta (penne or spaghetti are recommended, but you can use your favorite). Amount of sauce also depends on your preferred sauce-to-pasta ratio. Or use gluten-free angel hair or spaghetti.
