I used 1/4 cup whole pumpkin seeds, 1/4 cup dried cherries, 1/4 raisins, 1/4 cup pecans, and 1/2 cup of sliced almonds with the oats. I melted 1/2 cup almond butter and 1/2 cup honey over the stove and poured it over the dry ingredients. I mixed it with my hands and then pressed it down in the baking pan on top of foil. I covered it with foil and put it in the fridge for 4 hours. They were delicious! Will definitely make again.

Ingredients for 10 servings

2 1/2 cups rolled or quick oats

1 cup raw pumpkin seeds (pepitas)

1/2 cup raisins

2/3 cups peanut or almond butter

1/2 to 2/3 cup agave nectar or brown rice syrup (adjust based on how well things stick together)

1/8 teaspoon sea salt (adjust based on which nut butter you use)
