2 courgettes, chopped

3 red peppers, diced

100 ml of fish sauce

50 ml of soy sauce

2 chillies, chopped

vegetable oil

1 red chilli, halved

50 ml of fish sauce

1.2g of lecithin

50 g of pine nuts

200 g of breadcrumbs

100 g of butter, melted

25 g of Parmesan, grated

750 ml of Chicken stock

750 g of bulgur wheat

100 ml of olive oil

30 ml of lemon juice

20 g of chopped coriander

15 g of salt

100 g of chickpeas

400 g of plum tomatoes, diced

1 cucumber

8 spring onions, sliced

100 g of feta

20 g of pine nuts, toasted

1 tbsp of chopped chives

1 handful of coriander cress
