2 Tbs. olive oil

1 fresh rosemary sprig

1 fresh thyme sprig

1 1/2 cups sour cream

6 Tbs. mayonnaise

1 1/2 Tbs. chopped fresh rosemary

1 1/2 Tbs. chopped fresh thyme

3 Tbs. chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley

3/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

2 tsp. fresh lemon juice
