1 inch fresh ginger, peeled and minced

1 lemon, juiced

2 tablespoons water

1/2 teaspoon turmeric

2 tablespoons boiling water

1 teaspoon maple syrup

3/4 cup yogurt

2 tablespoons white or golden quinoa

2 tablespoons flax seed

1/2 cup pomegranate arils
