olive oil

salt and fresh ground black pepper

1-2 soft boiled eggs

1-2 slices sourdough bread {GF folks: I used a GF baguette from Mariposa Bakery. In a pinch you could tear up a GF hamburger bun}

1 teaspoon Dijon or coarse mustard

1 teaspoon red wine vinegar
