2 cans (12.5 ounces each) tuna, drained (salmon would also work)

1 medium sweet potato, cooked (about 1/2 cup mashed)

3/4 cup cooked quinoa

1/4 cup chopped green onion

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 egg

1/4 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt

1 tablespoon mustard

1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper

1 teaspoon paprika

1/2 cup breadcrumbs

Sriarcha sauce, for garnish (optional)
