1/2 cup mayonnaise

4 teaspoons Dijon mustard

Spread

1-3 teaspoon honey

tomato , slices (optional)

1 teaspoon lemon-pepper seasoning

4 slices focaccia bread or kaiser rolls or hamburger buns, split and toasted

watercress (optional) or lettuce leaf (optional)

4 (4 ounce) fresh fish fillets, use your favorite fish

1 teaspoon cajun seasoning
