1/4 cup butter , melted

1 tablespoon lime juice or lemon juice

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/4 cup finely chopped sweet onion

Cinnamon Crisps

1 cup strawberry , finely chopped

1/2 cup sugar

1/4 cup cucumber , finely chopped

3 kiwi fruits , peeled and finely chopped

1 fresh jalapeno, seeded and chopped (optional) or 1/4 cup finely chopped sweet green pepper, in place of jalapeno

2 thinly sliced green onions

12 tortillas or pita bread (whole wheat if desired)

1/4 cup finely chopped peeled apple

Fruit Salsa

1/2 cup finely chopped fresh pineapple , drained or 1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple in juice, drained

1/4 cup finely chopped yellow sweet pepper

1 orange , peeled and finely chopped
