Ingredients for 6 servings

2 cups all-purpose flour

1/4 cup sugar

Pinch of salt

170 g cold butter, cut into cubes

2 large egg yolks mixed with 3 tablespoons water

750 g blackberries

750 g cooking apples, peeled cored and sliced into small chunks

100 g cup granulated sugar

35 g flour

1 large egg yolk, mixed with 1 tablespoon water

A little extra sprinkle of sugar on top
