About 7 cups all-purpose unbleached flour or bread flour

Cinnamon Filling

1/2 cup melted butter

1/2 cup sugar

2 tablespoons cinnamon

1/2 cup moist currants


1 tablespoon butter

1 tablespoon milk

1 1/2 cups powdered sugar

About 2 tablespoons boiling water

1 teaspoon vanilla
