Coconut-Chai Tea Latte Smoothie

Coconut is currently being studied for its effects on Alzheimer patients. Chai tea is said to improve digestion, help the immune system and fight inflammation.

Ingredients for 1 serving

1/2 Banana

1/2 C. Chai Tea Latte

1 tsp. Flax seed or almonds cut finely

1 tsp. of coconut flakes

3-4 cubes of ice

Small handful of raspberries or other fruit choice

Small handful of spinach

Coconut milk

Cinnamon to sprinkle on top.

Preparation

1.

Put each ingredient into your blender and then add coconut milk to fill. Mix, pour into your beautiful glass and add a sprinkle of cinnamon on top. So healthy!
