1/2 C. Chai Tea Latte
1 tsp. Flax seed or almonds cut finely
1 tsp. of coconut flakes
3-4 cubes of ice
Small handful of raspberries or other fruit choice
Small handful of spinach
Cinnamon to sprinkle on top.
Put each ingredient into your blender and then add coconut milk to fill. Mix, pour into your beautiful glass and add a sprinkle of cinnamon on top. So healthy!
