1 1/2 tablespoons adobo sauce , from a can chipotle peppers

1 1/2 cups whole wheat breadcrumbs (toasted in a skillet with a tablespoon of olive oil)

1 large garlic clove , chopped

2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil

1 (14 ounce) can crushed tomatoes

1 cup queso fresco

1 pinch salt

Chipotle-tomato sauce

1/3 cup extra-virgin olive oil

Cilantro Pesto

2 pinches salt

1/3 cup fresh cilantro

2 pinches red pepper flakes

2/3 cup kale or chard leaves (washed, de-stemmed, and very finely chopped)
