• 2-4 cloves garlic , crushed
• 2 Tbsps chopped sage leaves or 2 tsp dried sage
• 1 (400 g) can crushed tomatoes
• 6 spring onions , chopped
• 400 g fettuccine or pasta , of choice
• 4-6 spicy sausage (such as chorizo)
