1 small yellow onion, diced

1 pinch ground saffron

3 cloves garlic, finely minced

1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

1/2 pound fresh mild fish fillets, cut into 1-inch pieces

1/2 pound fresh sea scallops, cleaned

1/2 pound fresh mussels, scrubbed

1/2 pound fresh medium shrimp (uncooked), shelled and tails removed

8 ounces frozen peas, thawed and drained

1 orange, cut in wedges
