I added a few "common" ground beef spices to the mix to season the beef: ground black pepper, a little salt (leave out if on low sodium diet/have other issues with salt like arthritis which increased sodium intake can be an issue for), a little basil, oregano, and thyme and instead of Kraft Shredded Cheddar Cheese I used Mexican 4 Cheese by Lucerne. VERY GOOD!!!!

1 lb. lean ground beef

1 can (14.5 oz.) Italian-style diced tomatoes, undrained

1-1/2 cups water

1 pkg. (7-1/4 oz.) KRAFT Macaroni & Cheese Dinner

1 cup KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese
