Ingredients for 4 servings

1 can (15 oz) chickpeas (reserve 1/4 of the liquid from the can)

1-1/2 Tbsp tahini

1/2 c roasted red pepper, chopped

juice from 1/2 lemon

1 Tbsp olive oil

2 cloves garlic, crushed

1/2 tsp sea salt

1/2 tsp ground cumin

Preparation

1.

Blend all ingredients (including excess liquid from the can of chickpeas) in a blender or food processor until smooth.
