1 cup chopped onions

Freshly ground black pepper

1/2 chicken, (breast, thigh, and leg attached), grilled

1/2 cup chopped celery

1 cup dark chicken reduction, warm

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 cup fresh sweet corn, about 2 ears

Salt and cayenne pepper

8 ounces grated white cheddar, about 2 cups

1/4 cup grated white cheddar cheese

8 cups white bread, 1-inch cubes

2 tablespoons minced garlic

2 chicken wings, marinated in Crystal hot sauce and dredged in flour

1 pound Andouille sausage, coarsely chopped

1 tablespoon brunoise red peppers

1 tablespoon chopped chives

3 cups milk

1 cup heavy cream
