3 large eggs

1 (14.75-oz.) can cream-style corn

1 1/2 cups grated Cheddar cheese

3/4 cup chopped green onion

2 cups plain yellow cornmeal

1 tablespoon baking powder

2 teaspoons Cajun seasoning

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon baking soda

1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper

1 pound unpeeled, medium-size raw shrimp (31/35 count), peeled, deveined, and coarsely chopped
