400 grams greek yogurt
Three tbsp butter
One tsp vanilla extract
pulp of one large mango
15 digestive biscuits
250 grams condensed milk
10 mango slices
Place the biscuits between two layers of newspaper and pound them.
Mix the powdered biscuits with butter and place the mix in a round serving dish. Press down with a glass to get a flat surface
Keep the dish in the fridge for half an hour, or until the biscuits have set.
Mix together the condensed milk, Greek yogurt, mango pulp and vanilla extract
Put this on top of the biscuit base
Decorate with mango slices and chill overnight
Cut into slices and eat this beautiful creation
