2 large heirloom tomatoes, cut into wedges

1 hard-boiled egg, cut into wedges

1/4 lb green beans, ends trimmed

2 small zucchini or summer squash, halved lengthwise and cut into wedges

juice of half a lemon

2 tablespoons olive oil

sea salt and black pepper to taste

about 2 teaspoons dukkah

1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
