Ingredients

4 cups old-fashioned rolled oats

2 cups almonds or chopped pecans

2 cups sweetened shredded or flaked coconut

¼ cup packed brown sugar

½ teaspoon ground cinnamon

¼ teaspoon grated fresh nutmeg

¼ cup (1/2 stick) unsalted butter

½ cup good honey

3 tablespoons maple syrup

1 cup each of four small diced dried fruits (apricots, blueberries, cranberries, cherries, dates, figs, raisins)
