6 oz elbow macaroni (preferably whole-wheat)

2 Tbsp each olive oil and red-wine vinegar

½ each one red and one green bell pepper, stemmed, seeded, and cut into ¼-inch dice

½ cup frozen peas, thawed

¼ cup pitted black olives, chopped

3 Tbsp diced (¼ inch) red onion

3 Tbsp chopped fresh dill leaves, or more to taste

Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
