1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts , drained and cut into bite-size pieces

1 cup provolone cheese , cubed

2 cups rotini pasta , cooked (about 1 cup dry)

Salad

1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil

1/4 cup red onion , minced

1 (2 1/4 ounce) can pitted black olives , sliced

1 carrot , cut into julienne strips

1/2 cup green bell pepper , chopped

1/2 teaspoon sugar

2 tablespoons red wine vinegar

1/4 lb salami, chopped

Dressing

1/2 cup red bell pepper , chopped

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
