  • 2 1/2 tsps olive oil, divided
  • 2 Tbsps minced onion
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 tsp grated lime rind
  • 3 Tbsps fresh lime juice
  • 1 1/2 Tbsps chopped fresh cilantro
  • 3/4 tsp crushed red pepper
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 36 large shrimp, peeled and deveined, tails intact (about 1 lb)
  • 1 1/2 limes, cut into 12 wedges
  • Cooking spray
