Hi Jodie... Just keep blending until the fruit is completely smooth... If the frozen yogurt is a tad too soft just pop it in the freezer for 1/2 hour and it should be perfect.

Not as smooth as I'd like, but I was worried that if I kept blending it, it would be too runny. I'll try it again with different fruit ( I used peaches this time).

Ingredients for 6 servings

1 lb frozen good-quality fruit like strawberries, raspberries, or mangoes (do not defrost!)

1/2 cup honey

1 cup plain Greek yogurt

1 tsp fresh lemon juice

1 tsp vanilla

Pinch of salt

Chopped fresh fruit like strawberries, mangoes, and bananas

Crunchy cereal, chocolate chips, chopped nuts
