4 cups rolled oats

3/4 cup sweetened coconut flakes (you can also use unsweetened)

3 tbsp flax seeds

1/4 cup sunflower seeds

1 cup chopped or slivered almonds (or 1/2 cup almonds and 1/2 cup pistachios)

3 tsp cinnamon

1 tsp salt

1/4 cup brown sugar

1/4 cup canola oil

3 tbsp honey

1 tbsp pure maple syrup

2 tsp pure vanilla extract

2 cups of a mixture of dried cranberries, cherries and raisins.
