1/2 cup millet flour

1/2 cup Buckwheat Flour

1/4 cup Potato Starch (not potato flour!)

1 tbsp arrowroot starch

1 tsp Xanthan Gum

1 tsp sea salt

1 tsp Baking Soda

1 1/4 cup organic golden brown sugar

1/4 cup organic white cane sugar

3/4 cup light olive oil

1 tbsp ener-G egg replacer beaten with 1/4 cup warm water till frothy

2 tbsp warm water

1 tbsp bourbon vanilla extract
