1/2 teaspoon coarsley ground black pepper

3/4 teaspoon salt, divided

1/4 cup orange juice

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

1 teaspoon honey

2 navel oranges, peeled and coarsley chopped

1 ruby red grapefruit, peeled and coarsely chopped

1 cup thinly sliced red onion

6 oil-cured black olives, pitted and chopped

4 cups mesclun

2 tablespoons chopped fresh mint (optional)
