3 garlic cloves , coarsely chopped

3 cups cauliflower , chopped

2 inches fresh ginger , chopped

3 cups winter squash, peeled & cubed

salt & pepper

plain yogurt (optional) or buttermilk (optional)

1 tablespoon canola oil
