2 1/2 teaspoons salt

1/2 pound spaghetti

Green Sauce

4 large garlic cloves

1/3 cup cilantro leaves

1 mild Anaheim pepper or 1 jalapeno pepper (found in produce section of the market)

1/2 medium-size yellow onion, peeled

8 tomatillos (miniature-sized green tomatoes covered with a green or brownish paperlike husk. Also found in produce section of markets)

1/2 pound Parmesan cheese (don't buy grated cheese; it loses flavor)
