Ingredients for 4 servings

Cooking spray

2 nectarines, pitted and sliced (not peeled)

1 cup fresh blueberries

1.5 tbsp Minute Tapioca

3 tbsp brown sugar for filling

2 packets of instant gluten free oatmeal

4 tbsp (half a stick) of butter, cubed and cold

2 tbsp brown sugar for topping

cinnamon or powdered sugar for garnish (optional)
